Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Recruiting Operations based in Gurugram.
The Head of Recruiting Operations will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, managing recruiting teams, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
This role involves developing partnerships with healthcare providers, optimising the recruitment process with data-driven decisions, and maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline.
Additionally, the Head of Recruiting Operations will be responsible for analysing recruitment metrics and enhancing the performance of the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end service delivery operations across India, ensuring consistent, high-quality staffing solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Build, scale, and manage delivery teams nationwide, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop strategies to set up and expand Jobizo operations in new cities, ensuring timely execution and delivery excellence.
- Drive the design and implementation of the hiring tech platform, working closely with product and technology teams to create scalable, efficient solutions.
- Implement standardised processes, delivery frameworks, and KPIs across geographies to ensure seamless client experience.
- Act as the senior escalation point for delivery-related issues and drive quick, effective resolutions.
- Strengthen and expand client relationships, ensuring repeat business, long-term partnerships, and high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor delivery metrics, resource utilisation, and financial targets to ensure profitability and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, recruitment, and client servicing teams for end-to-end business success.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives such as large-scale recruitment drives, tech-enabled hiring, and talent pool expansion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in service delivery, staffing operations, or consulting services (Healthcare Staffing strongly preferred).
- Proven track record in setting up delivery operations across multiple locations/cities.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building and scaling technology-enabled hiring platforms or HR Tech solutions.
- Results-driven with expertise in delivery metrics, process excellence, and operational optimization.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Assertive leadership style, with the ability to enforce discipline and standards across delivery teams.
- Flexibility to travel and manage pan-India delivery operations.
