About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head Real Estate to lead our sales function in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value real estate sales, team leadership, and driving revenue growth. This is a leadership role requiring strong market understanding, people management, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of sales professionals.

- Build strong broker, channel partner, and HNI networks.

- Drive direct sales efforts for residential/commercial properties.

- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and closure strategies.

- Forecast sales performance, pipeline management, and reporting to management.

- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to align strategies.

- Drive site visits, client meetings, and timely deal closures.

Key Requirements:

- 12-16 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.

- Strong local network and understanding of the Nagpur property market.

- Experience handling luxury/high-ticket residential or commercial projects is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership qualities and team management experience.

- Result-driven with a strategic mindset.
