Executing a leadership role of Head- Real Estate with one of the leading Education company in Mumbai.
Role Purpose:
The Head of Real Estate will lead the end-to-end real estate strategy for pan-India expansion, leveraging a strong institutional network and deep expertise in alternative assets, commercial leasing, and land acquisition/disposal to enable rapid, capital-efficient growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pan-India real estate strategy covering land acquisition, buying/selling, longterm leasing, and built-to-suit models.
- Source and close alternative real estate opportunities (education, healthcare, mixed use, redevelopment, PPP, adaptive reuse).
- Maintain and leverage a strong developer, landowner, broker, and institutional investor network across key Indian markets.
Key Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of real estate experience with a strong pan-India transaction track record.
- Mandatory experience in commercial leasing, land acquisition, and buying/selling of large parcels.
- Deep exposure to alternative asset classes; education, healthcare, hospitality preferred.
- Strong preference for candidates from IPCs such as JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills or equivalent global firms.
