Head - R&D - Machine Manufacturing

1. Research and Development:

- Responsible for Research and Development of Textile machines and sub assemblies in coordination with Head Quarter R&D.

2. Project Planning:

- Planning and Organizing of the Task/ projects that assigned from the Head Quarter R&D.

3. Design Conversion:

- Responsible for conversion of 2D- 3D drawings assigned from respective Engineers from HQ.

4. Resource Management:

- Assigning resource requirements for all the development tasks.

5. Process Implementation:

- Implement strong product development process with "Design thinking".

6. Team Coordination:

- Support/coordination of the development team for the fulfillment of the assigned tasks.

7. Leadership:

- Technical and staff leadership as well as development of the direct subordinate employee.

8. Resource Efficiency:

- Ensure efficient utilization of the resources within R&D functions.

9. Quality Culture:

- Lead, develop and Implement "Zero defect" Quality culture while developing new products and drawings.

10. Prototyping:

- Implement system to have close coordination with manufacturing/ Service for rapid prototyping.

11. Change Management:

- Implement strong engineering change management system to reduce the waste by scrapping the parts while change over.

12. Operational Excellence:

- Drive Operational Excellence initiatives in R&D.

13. Education:

- BE/ DME mechanical Engineering/ Textile Engineering.

14. Experience:

- 10 to 15 years in manufacturing of machines, preferred to have experience in Textile machines.

15. Travel Requirements:

- Valid Passport.

16. Technical Skills:

- Software knowledge Auto CAD, Pro -e, Sold works, SAP And MS office.
