Head - R&D

Qualifications & Experience::-

- Bachelors / Master degree in ECE Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or related field, A PhD is a plus

- 12+ years in the aerospace defence industry, with at least 7 years in leadership roles driving R&D initiatives R&D, product development, or engineering management.

- Proven track record of technical teams and managing complex projects.

- Expertise with RF/Microwave product development in Aerospace and defence Industries.

- Experience with certification processes and design data management.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- International experience or exposure to global markets.
