Head - R&D

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Head R& D you will responsible to:

- Established as industry leader in platform technologies with research innovations powering next-gen product portfolio and creating new business opportunities

- Deliver 15-20 patent applications , 3-4 top-tier conference paper published, 2-3 university collaborations established and research roadmap & strategy finalized year on year work on Emerging technology trend anticipation and preparation

- Lead Open source contribution - accepted pull requests, code quality, community engagement

Eligibility Criteria:

- Master or Doctorate in engineering or equivalent from a top university

- 20+ years of total work experience with at least 10 years of experience in team management.

- Experience in working in Open source framework , Operating system , Flutter/Rust based UI Framework , Display Systems & hardware integration, Linux , Chromium and Vulkan.

- Have over 15 patent approved ,10+ Journal published with over 200Cr of revenue attribution
