- Experience: 15 - 18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical)
- Industry Preference: Automotive / White Goods
- CTC: As per experience

- We are hiring for a leadership role with a well-established manufacturing organization.
- The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design, development, and execution of mechanical products, especially involving plastics, tooling, and new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the design & development of consumer products (helmets / accessories / plastic components).
- Review CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Manage plastic tooling design, prototyping, and vendor coordination.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality & Procurement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality norms.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risks.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management.
- Solid knowledge of plastic tooling & manufacturing processes.
- Experience in automotive or white goods industry is a must.
Eligibility:
- Mechanical Engineering degree from reputed institutes.
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
