Job Title: Head Quick Commerce
Location: Gurgaon
Role Summary
The Head of Quick Commerce will lead strategic initiatives in the rapidly evolving Q-commerce space. This role is key to driving profitable growth, increasing brand visibility, and building a strong presence across digital platforms. The incumbent will manage the P&L for the Q-commerce channel, develop innovative digital strategies, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Core responsibilities include JBP creation, product selection, pricing, supply chain coordination, inventory management, last-mile logistics, and customer service all while delivering on fast-paced turnaround promises.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Define and implement a comprehensive Q-commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive expansion across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
- Explore new market opportunities to scale operations and grow market share.
Revenue & Brand Development
- Drive revenue through targeted digital campaigns and partnerships.
- Use data and consumer insights to strengthen brand salience.
- Ensure brand consistency across all Q-commerce channels.
Customer Experience & Digital Transformation
- Optimize customer journeys across platforms for a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and marketing teams for digital initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and agility across teams.
Operational Excellence & Innovation
- Adopt industry best practices and Q-commerce tools to streamline operations.
- Track KPIs and implement improvements to boost performance.
- Lead efficiency initiatives to control operational costs.
Marketing & Channel Strategy
- Execute marketing plans to drive acquisition and retention.
- Build an efficient and scalable distribution network across digital channels.
- Launch campaigns targeting urban and millennial consumers.
Product & Data-Driven Decisions
- Work with product teams to turn insights into actionable features.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Ensure continuous feedback from customer insights to product development.
Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years in e-commerce, digital strategy, or FMCG; 3+ years in a Q-commerce leadership role.
- Proven P&L ownership and track record of driving digital revenue growth.
- Experience in launching and scaling digital services or products.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with a self-starter mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Creative, customer-centric, and innovative thinker.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
