Key Responsibilities:
1. Own end-to-end P&L for the Q-commerce business across all platforms
2. Define revenue targets, pricing strategy, trade spends, and margin structures
3. Build and execute the Q-commerce growth roadmap
4. Identify opportunities across assortment expansion (SKUs, packs, bundles), Pricing and promotion strategy, New product/pack formats suited for instant consumption
5. Own senior relationships with key Q-commerce partners
6. Own catalog hygiene, content quality, availability, fill rates7, and SLAs
7. Lead Q-commerce marketing including Platform ads, Brand days, Promotions & bundles
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8-10 years of experience with 3-5+ years in Q-commerce / E-commerce
- Strong hands-on experience managing multiple quick commerce platforms
Proven track record of:
- Scaling a channel from scratch or growing it multi-fold
Deep understanding of:
- Unit economics
- P&L ownership
- Trade spends & platform commercials
- Experience in FMCG / Food / D2C brands (highly preferred)
- Strong bias for execution, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making
- Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
