Current Opening : Head of Quality - Real Estate / Contracting Background

- Designation: Head of Quality

- Qualification: Any Graduate / B.E / B.Tech

- CTC: Not a constraint for the right candidate

Job Profile:

- Overall responsibility for Quality Management across all projects.

- Ensure Quality Standards and Quality Assurance as per norms.

- Develop and implement quality improvement plans.

- Build a capable QA/QC team and establish a reliable network of service providers.

- Implement and maintain quality systems across projects.

- Evaluate and adopt latest quality improvement methods in the construction industry.

- Design and monitor QC procedures for concrete and other construction materials.

- Conduct inspections and tests, including random checks of materials in coordination with purchase and site teams.

- Analyze quality data and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Experience:

- 18-25 years in QA/QC for Multistoried / High-Rise Residential, Commercial, IT Parks, Malls, Retail, and Township Projects.

- Experience from Real Estate, PMC, Construction, or Contracting companies.

- Must have a stable career with proven contributions at each organization
