Head - Quality - Machining & Foundry (OEM Supply)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Quality Head to ensure best-in-class quality systems across our machining operations. The role requires someone with deep knowledge of QC tools, root cause analysis, and customer-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all in-process and final inspection activities for machined castings
- Reduce quality touchpoints and rework through robust in-line quality systems
- Implement and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes
- Train operators and supervisors on SOP adherence and quality tools
- Prepare and maintain documentation in line with global OEM standards
- Drive audits and support customer/third-party quality certifications
- Use Fishbone, 5 Why, Pareto, Histogram, and other QC methodologies
Requirements:
- B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years in Quality Management in CNC machining / automotive foundries
- Proficient in ISO/TS 16949, PPAP, FMEA, APQP
- Excellent team training, documentation, and audit-handling skills
