Head - Quality - Industrial Solutions Leader

Role:

- To plan, manage and direct all activities related to quality and quality systems for the company in India.

- Share best practices; drive improvements and standardization; ensure every manufacturing site in the region delivers the required product quality; and ensure the regional quality management system is aligned with the company's quality policy and goals.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and global stakeholders) to enhance customer satisfaction.

Desired profile :

- Approximately 15 years of hands-on experience across multiple functions (Production, Process Manufacturing, and Quality Control) within manufacturing operations.

- Hands-on experience using quality tools for problem solving and statistical analysis.

- Experience in handling and providing training to different levels of employees (professionals and non-management staff).

- Demonstrate leadership in troubleshooting related to customer complaints, ensuring problem-solving/8D process effectiveness, aiming to assure a high level of customer satisfaction.
