Description: Head of Quality Control with strong expertise in Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) APIs. The role involves leading QC strategy, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving automation and integration of BIP API testing frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the QC function, setting vision, strategy, and execution standards.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for BIP API integrations.
- Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide QC teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Strong expertise in Oracle BIP APIs, automation frameworks, and integration testing.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
