Job Description:

Head - Quality to independently lead the Quality function across the organization's project portfolio and drive quality excellence throughout the project lifecycle. The role shall be responsible for establishing quality standards, driving standardization, conducting quality reviews, promoting best construction practices and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality industrial and logistics developments. The incumbent will work closely with Projects, Design, Contracts & Procurement, EHS, PMCs and Contractors to achieve quality objectives across all projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

- B.E. (Civil), with a post-graduate qualification in Construction Management, Project Management or Quality Management will be preferred.

- Equivalent quality certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience & Responsibilities:

- Minimum work experience of 20 years across quality management and project execution.

- Experience in senior management positions handling quality across multiple projects.

- Experience in industrial projects is mandatory. Development experience in Industrial / Logistics Parks will be preferred.

- Experience with reputed developers, project management organizations or construction companies.

- Exposure to multinational work environments will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle from design through project handover.

- Should possess sound experience in quality planning and implementation, design reviews and constructability, material inspections, testing and approvals, civil, structural, architectural and MEP quality, quality audits and compliance reviews, defect management and corrective actions, contractor and vendor quality evaluation, quality reporting and management presentations, driving standardization and best construction practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Thorough knowledge of relevant IS Codes and construction specifications.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Should be a strong team leader capable of handling large teams.

- Should be looking for a long-term association.

Location:
