Head - Quality Assurance - Residential Construction

- Define and implement project-wise and corporate quality assurance plans (QAP).

- Conduct periodic site quality audits, material testing, and workmanship inspections.

- Enforce zero-defect policy across structural, finishing, and MEP stages.

- Establish material approval benchmarks and vendor quality checks.

- Collaborate with engineering heads and project teams for corrective and preventive actions.

- Lead training initiatives for site engineers, contractors, and vendors on quality protocols.

- Monitor adherence to ISO, NBC, and regulatory quality norms.

- Track quality KPIs, NCR closures, and customer snag resolution metrics.
