Location: Mumbai (Extensive travel across India)
We are looking for a seasoned professional from a hospitality background to lead quality, standards, and operational excellence across multiple centers.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving best-in-class service standards, hygiene, safety, and process excellence across a multi-location setup, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality framework design, benchmarking, and standardization
- Drive multi-location audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and risk management
- Build SOPs, dashboards, and quality monitoring systems
- Lead training and capability building across teams
- Drive process improvements and innovation across operations
- Work closely with leadership on governance, reporting, and quality strategy
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in quality / operations / standards roles
- Strong background in hospitality (luxury / multi-property preferred)
- Proven experience in managing multi-location audits and SOPs
- Strong eye for detail, process orientation, and service excellence mindset
- Experience in safety, hygiene, and compliance-driven environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Preferred Age Group: 3540 years
Experience in high-touch service environments will be a strong advantage
