Head - Quality & Excellence - FIBC Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Quality across PP Tape Extrusion, Weaving, Stitching & Finishing, PE Blown Film, Shaping & Welding operations.

- Establish and strengthen QMS, QA, and QC frameworks across plants.

- Drive supplier quality systems and robust incoming material inspection standards.

- Implement advanced quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, Lean, Six Sigma).

- Lead customer audits, complaint resolution, and improve PPM/claims metrics.

- Ensure compliance with ISO, BRCGS, GMP, and Food Safety certifications.

- Oversee Lab excellence and product validation systems.

- Support New Product Development and collaborate with business teams for solution development.

- Build and mentor a strong multi-layered quality team.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Textile / Polymer / Production Engineering (mandatory).

- Full-time MBA in Operations / Production Management (mandatory).

- 18-22 years of Quality leadership experience in manufacturing.

- Strong exposure to customer audits, certification compliance, and multi-plant operations.

- Experience in FIBC / woven sack / polymer processing preferred.
