Position: Head - Purchase.
Experience: 15+ Years.
CTC: Up to 60 LPA.
Location: Indore.
Age Preference: Up to 45 Years.
Industry Preference: FMCG (preferred).
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- SAP expertise is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of supply chain & vendor ecosystems.
- Proven track record in cost optimization & strategic sourcing.
- Experience handling large procurement budgets.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Strategic Procurement Leadership:
- Define and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive long-term sourcing plans and vendor partnerships.
Cost Optimization & Savings:
- Lead high-value negotiations to achieve cost reduction targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Vendor & Supply Chain Management:
- Build and manage a robust vendor base.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply and mitigate supply chain risks.
Process Excellence & SAP Governance:
- Ensure end-to-end procurement processes are streamlined through SAP.
- Maintain compliance, audit readiness, and process standardization.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and scale the purchase team.
- Set KPIs and drive performance management.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with production, finance, and operations teams.
- Align procurement plans with business demand.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
MIS, Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor key procurement metrics (cost savings, vendor performance, lead time).
- Present insights and reports to senior leadership.
