Job Title: PR - Head
Head - Lifestyle PR & Corporate Communications will serve as the strategic custodian of the brand's overall public image, media reputation, and storytelling ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between consumer-facing lifestyle PR (Beauty, Fashion, E-commerce IPs) and core corporate communications. A primary pillar of this role is serving as a trusted strategic communications advisor to executive leadership (MD, CEOs, and Senior Founders), crafting high-impact executive narratives, managing corporate visibility, leading proactive reputation management, and steering crisis response strategies.
Qualifications & Background
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Public Relations and Corporate Communications, with a proven track record leading both Corporate Communications and Lifestyle/Consumer PR.
- Brand Background: Must have prior experience working in-house with prominent consumer brands, retail giants, e-commerce platforms, lifestyle/fashion conglomerates, or leading top-tier PR agencies managing marquee consumer and corporate accounts.
- C-Suite Advisory: Demonstrated experience directly advising and managing the corporate profiling, speechwriting, and media interaction for MDs, CEOs, and Founder-level executives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Communications & C-Suite Leadership Advisory
- Act as a direct communications counsel to the Managing Director, CEOs, and Executive Leadership Team, aligning personal branding and thought-leadership agendas with core business objectives.
- Craft high-visibility narratives, keynote speeches, executive op-eds, podcasts, and strategic Points of View (POVs) for leadership across business, retail, e-commerce, innovation, and sustainability.
- Identify and secure top-tier global and domestic leadership platforms, panel opportunities, and business features to position executives as industry visionaries.
- Lead executive digital presence (specifically C-suite LinkedIn leadership strategies) and oversee critical platform management (Wikipedia, Reddit, etc.) to drive positive narrativeand employer brand positioning.
2. Corporate Communications & Financial PR
- Lead overall corporate storytelling, managing media relations around quarterly and annual financial results, investor engagement touchpoints, and major corporate milestones.
- Build, nurture, and leverage deep relationships with senior editors, bureau chiefs, and key journalists across business, financial, and mainstream news outlets.
- Serve as the principal architect for Crisis Management & Issue Response, ensuring rapid, compliant, and strategic communication protocols to protect corporate reputation with zero unresolved crises.
- Drive long-lead strategic corporate reputation projects, including premier industry/business awards, global media pitches, and corporate platform initiatives (e.g., strategic ecosystem IPs).
3. Lifestyle PR: Beauty & Fashion Portfolio
- Act as the overarching custodian of Lifestyle PR across core categories (Beauty, House of Brands, Fashion, and Exclusive International Imports).
- Conceptualize, build, and execute end-to-end PR strategies for high-decibel brand
campaigns, major platform IPs, brand ambassador launches, and global brand partnerships.
- Oversee press releases, product notes, strategic media pitch notes, and listing briefs to ensure narrative consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Strengthen relationships across non-traditional media networks, including celebrity stylists, top-tier fashion/beauty influencers, lifestyle editors, and media affiliate networks.
- Drive earned media strategies, organic press placements, and category share of voice (SOV) while tracking Earned Media Value (EMV) growth year-over-year.
4. Strategic Stakeholder, Agency, & Governance Management
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing internal PR team while managing external PR and communications agencies.
- Establish clear PR briefs, define agency scope of work (SOW), negotiate retainers, and drive agency performance through rigorous daily/weekly coordination.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional business heads-Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), Investor Relations, Monetization, Events, and Retail-to ensure seamless PR integration.
- Oversee administrative and operational governance, ensuring compliance with internal finance SOPs, contract reviews, vendor onboarding, and timely invoice/payment processing.
