1. Media narrative & coverage:
Own the organisation's media narrative proactively pitch stories, manage editorial relationships across national, regional and digital publications, and secure consistent tier-1 coverage for the brand and leadership.
2. Adverse publicity & crisis management:
Identify, monitor and neutralise adverse publicity; design and execute rapid-response frameworks to manage negative media cycles, online reputation crises and sensitive stakeholder communications.
3. Corporate communications:
Lead end-to-end corporate communications press releases, executive messaging, spokesperson briefings, leadership profiling and thought-leadership content for CXOs and the promoter office.
4. Campaign & launch PR:
Develop and execute integrated PR campaigns for project launches, brand milestones and business announcements, ensuring consistent coverage across print, broadcast and digital platforms.
5. Crisis playbook:
Build and manage a robust crisis communication playbook; serve as the primary point of contact for media during reputational incidents, ensuring accurate, timely and controlled messaging.
6. Online reputation management:
Oversee social media reputation work with digital teams on ORM to track brand sentiment, respond to negative signals and maintain a positive brand-sentiment index.
7. Influencer & content partnerships:
Drive influencer and content creator partnerships aligned with brand campaigns, managing relationships with macro and nano influencers across lifestyle, real estate, business and sustainability verticals.
8. Government & public affairs:
Manage government relations and public affairs communication coordinating narratives around regulatory policy, RERA, GST and urban development in collaboration with GR and legal teams.
9. Events & stakeholder engagement:
Plan and execute high-visibility events media roundtables, press conferences, site launches, industry forums and CXO engagements including logistics, spokesperson preparation and post-event coverage.
10. Internal communications:
Develop internal communications strategy: leadership updates, town hall messaging, newsletters and employee engagement campaigns that align internal stakeholders with the external brand narrative.
11. Agency & performance management:
Manage agencies, vendors and media monitoring tools; set KPIs for PR ROI, track coverage quality, share-of-voice and sentiment metrics, and present periodic performance reports to leadership.
12. Team leadership:
Lead and mentor the PR and communications team, building functional depth while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, legal, HR and sales to ensure coherent brand communication.
