Hiring for a premier Indian business conglomerate

Seeking an experienced Head of Public Policy to lead its national and international policy strategy.

Based in New Delhi, India, this role reports to the Group Director - International Strategy & Public Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute public policy strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Represent the organization in policy forums, task forces, and advisory boards.

- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on regulatory and policy trends.

- Collaborate with experts to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

- Support crisis communication and stakeholder engagement.

Prerequisites:

- Postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Economics, International Relations, or related discipline.

- 15-18 years of experience in public policy, government relations, or corporate affairs within large or multinational organizations.

- Proven track record of engaging with senior government officials, regulatory bodies, and multilateral institutions.

- Strong knowledge of global policy frameworks, digital regulations, and international trade mechanisms.

- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with executive-level presentation and media experience.

- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment.
