Head of Public Affair

- Lead the Public Affairs functions across I&P, including Communications, Community Impact, Marketing, and Meetings & Events support teams serving the I&P organization, as well as global delivery teams supporting the U.S. Public Affairs function.

- Develop engagement strategies that support business objectives and enhance brand reputation.

- Serve as a strategic advisor on developments impacting regional operations and global initiatives.

- Drive initiatives that reflect the company's mission and values, ensuring stakeholder engagement across I&P.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to address key issues affecting the bank, its customers, and communities.

- Develop advocacy strategies for external engagement with trade organizations and elected officials.

- Ensure consistent and culturally relevant messaging across Public Affairs channels

- Build and maintain relationships with policymakers.
