Head - Projects - University/Educational Campus Development

Role Summary/Purpose

Head Projects leads the end-to-end development of a specific University / Educational project overseeing strategy, planning, design, approvals, execution, and governance to deliver. The role is accountable for orchestrating cross-functional delivery and ensuring alignment with group-wide standards, stakeholder expectations, and long-term operational requirements.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead the complete lifecycle of the University/ Educational campus development project.

- Define and deliver project objectives in terms of scope, time, cost, quality, ESG, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Provide executive oversight to all functional heads across design, engineering, procurement, construction management, commercial, and interface functions.

- Establish and lead project governance mechanisms.

- Drive rigorous contract administration, claims management, and timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.

- Drive timely acquisition of all statutory approvals.

- Align project execution with business case assumptions, funding models, and investment timelines.

- Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary project development team.
