THE ROLE:

We are looking for a senior Head - Projects to lead project execution across our portfolio and build a high-performance construction function capable of delivering luxury developments at scale.

The role will own project delivery standards across quality, cost, timelines, safety, procurement and governance, while building the contractor-vendor ecosystem and project leadership capability required for rapid growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and oversee project execution across multiple cities, ensuring adherence to approved cost, quality and timelines.

- Establish and enforce portfolio-wide construction specifications, methodologies, quality benchmarks and finishing standards.

- Build and manage a strong ecosystem of contractors, vendors, facade, MEP and specialist agencies, including leading Indian and international partners.

- Drive empanelment, performance evaluation, rate contracts and portfolio-level procurement to improve quality and commercial outcomes.

- Establish independent project monitoring and audits covering schedule vs. baseline, cost vs. sanctioned budget, quality and execution risks.

- Work closely with design and product teams to bring constructability, cost and value-engineering inputs at the design stage.

- Introduce improved construction methods, technology, systems and processes to enhance productivity and project delivery.

- Set the benchmark for project construction leadership and participate in hiring, evaluation and development of project heads-leads across regions.

- Own construction safety, statutory compliance, building codes and governance standards across the portfolio.

- Build systems, documentation and reporting capable of meeting the governance requirements of a professionally managed and future public-company environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 15+ years of experience in construction-project management across large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.

- Proven end-to-end experience delivering luxury-ultra-luxury high-rise residential projects, from mobilisation and foundation through superstructure, MEP, facade, finishing and handover.

- Strong hands-on understanding of high-rise construction, including crane logistics, vertical coordination, facade systems and premium finishing standards.

- Experience working with tier-1 international contractors, facade and MEP specialists and leading design consultants.

- Ability to maintain international quality benchmarks while operating within Indian regulatory, vendor and cost environments.

- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to balance quality, cost, timelines and constructability.

- B.E.-B.Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory; postgraduate qualification preferred.
