Head - Projects - Real Estate

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple large-scale real estate projects across Mumbai region.

- Oversee delivery of residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

- Ensure adherence to timelines, cost, quality, safety and design.

- Build and lead a large on-ground team comprising construction managers, project managers, engineers, supervisors and budgeting professionals.

- Ensure compliance, safety and project governance standards across all sites.

- Work closely with the in-house architecture and design teams and ensure that the design is accurately translated into high-quality execution on site.

Preferred candidate:

- 18-20 years of experience in real estate project execution across residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

- Experience in setting up or scaling project execution structures from the ground up.

- International exposure in markets such as Singapore or Dubai will be considered an advantage.

- High-energy, self-driven, and willing to travel approximately twice a month (frequency may vary) to other geographies.
