Responsibilities: - He is responsible to plan & execute and achieves overall project objectives. - He collaborates with stakeholders on the creation of project plans, and oversees changes in project scope, issues and risks that affect the project. - He manages project budget and schedule; works closely with architects, engineers, trades workers, and clients; supervises construction on site and manages subcontractors; coordinates permits and regulatory compliance as needed for projects. - Responsible for entire life cycle of project from project inception till handover.
