Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned industry veteran to lead our large-scale Mixed-Use Development projects in Bangalore. In this strategic leadership capacity, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle - from conceptualization and design coordination to final handover. You will act as the primary interface between executive leadership, external consultants, government authorities, and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring that iconic structures are delivered with precision. Your influence will directly dictate the commercial viability, architectural integrity, and operational success of our flagship assets, setting new benchmarks for quality and efficiency in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct end-to-end construction management for high-value mixed-use developments, ensuring all milestones are achieved within stringent timelines and quality standards.

- Orchestrate complex procurement strategies and contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality material and service standards.

- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including MEP, structural, and architectural experts, to ensure seamless integration of building systems and design excellence.

- Implement robust risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate potential project bottlenecks, regulatory hurdles, or supply chain disruptions.

- Drive aggressive cost optimization initiatives across the project lifecycle to enhance bottom-line profitability without compromising on project specifications.

- Manage high-level vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on project goals, transparent communication, and timely resolution of site-related challenges.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in managing large-scale civil engineering projects with a deep understanding of structural integrity and modern construction methodologies.

- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams through complex project phases, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.

- Expert-level proficiency in contract administration and procurement, with a track record of managing high-value vendor contracts and complex legal documentation.

- Strong analytical capability to manage project budgets, perform cost-benefit analyses, and deliver financial reporting to the board.
