Head - Projects - Construction/Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

- Define and implement construction strategy, drive innovation, and ensure cost-effective, sustainable design solutions.

2. Project Execution:

- Lead end-to-end delivery from ground-breaking to handover, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety compliance.

3. Budget & Quality Control:

- Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and enforce strict QA/QC standards while applying value engineering.

4. Team Leadership:

- Mentor cross-functional teams, foster a strong safety culture, and act as liaison with architects, engineers, and authorities.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Build long-term vendor partnerships and maintain transparent communication with senior management.

6. Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to RERA, municipal approvals, and environmental clearances; secure all statutory certifications.
