Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Head of projects and construction for a leading commercial logistics and warehousing org.
The role will involve :
- Strategic Leadership: Leading project planning, construction , design, budgeting, and execution from inception to completion.
- Site Management: Supervising multiple project sites, ensuring adherence to structural designs and finishing quality.
- Cost and Vendor Control: Managing procurement, negotiating contractor bills, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Compliance and Safety: Enforcing health and safety regulations and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Reporting: Presenting progress updates and financial assessments to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
Experience : 15-25 years in construction project management or real estate with a minimum of 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.
Skills : Expertise in latest construction methdologies, MEP coordination, and software proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD
