Roles and Responsibilities: - Ensuring the site is ready for hospital operations, meeting all predefined SOPs. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements in each region/city and ensure all licenses/approvals are obtained in a timely manner. - Developing the regional projects teams, allocating central resources and expertise to execute projects as per the business plan. - Continuously exploring new strategies and project management tools, and acting as a sounding board and business growth partner to the CEO. - Develop the regional projects teams, allocate central resources & expertise to execute projects as per business plan. - Manage projects/PMC inventory, saves cost with new initiatives & plan and establish controls to ensure that projects are delivered with highest level efficiency across various verticals with minimal delay.
