Head Project Sales ( North & East ) Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for North and East regions. 2. Dealing with architects, consultants, contractors, and other related influencers, handling the complete sales cycle, generating inquiries up to the collection of payment and customer feedback. 3. Handling inquiries in the form of tenders and studying the design aspects and coordination with specifications for the proper estimation 4. Preparing techno-commercial proposals, Coordinating with the project team 5. Developing and executing different marketing strategies in coordination with the corporate marketing team 6. Monitor and analyze the market, and competitors' activities including pricing through constant area mapping. 7. Drive sales growth within the lighting controls business with new and existing specifiers and contractors 8. Develop and deliver opportunities through all relevant channels 9. Develop strategic business plans in line with the business target. 10. Regular relationship with Dealers and following up on leads given by them and giving them feedback for conversion to sales and giving secondary sales to the authorized dealer. 11. Identifying new influencers and ongoing projects like Hotels, Institutions, Banks, etc. through site visits and other sources of information. 12. To develop good and effective contacts for furthering Company's business interests, Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments, and expand market share. 13. Monitoring competition and industry trends. 14. Training & People Development
