Description:
Role: Head Project Sales
Location: Delhi / NCR
Job Purpose:
Lead and grow the project sales business for a leading organization, driving revenue through strategic engagement with key project stakeholders across Delhi/NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute regional project sales strategy
- Drive end-to-end core project sales (spec-in to closure)
- Build strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs & contractors
- Lead and mentor the project sales team
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and deliver revenue targets
Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years in core project / institutional sales
- Strong network in Delhi/NCR project ecosystem
- Proven leadership in handling large-ticket projects
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Background:
- Building Materials / Construction / Electricals / Infrastructure / Allied Project-led industries
