Are you a passionate and seasoned Development Management professional ready to lead large-scale residential real estate projects from concept to completion?

We're looking for an accomplished leader to join our team as AVP / Vice President - Project Development, where you'll play a strategic role in shaping high-impact developments that adhere to world-class standards of quality, cost efficiency, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end project development with strong techno-commercial expertise

- Lead feasibility studies, planning, budgeting, execution, and final handover

- Interface with JD partners, regulatory authorities, consultants, and contractors

- Manage project Capex, develop risk mitigation strategies, and benchmark KPIs

- Oversee design, MEP, infrastructure, costing, and construction progress

- Lead tendering, contracting, and technical/commercial bid evaluations

- Establish SOPs and strategic frameworks for large-scale developments

- Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and quality requirements

- Inspire, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams

Ideal Candidate:

- 20-25 years of relevant experience in project development (real estate preferred)

- Proven leadership in large-scale residential/commercial developments

- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities

- In-depth understanding of financials, contracts, quality control, and timelines
