Role: Head of project / Project manager Location: Bengaluru Job Title: Seeking an experienced Head of Projects to oversee multiple retail projects in the apparel industry. Responsibilities include managing retail identity, vendor development, new store construction, BOQ management, and meeting strict timelines. Leading a team of project managers and regional executives, with a goal of opening 100 stores. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in fashion retail apparel. Responsibilities: - Manage retail projects within time and cost parameters. - Review approved drawings and technical specifications. - Supervise procurement and follow up with vendors. - Develop vendors for timely and cost-effective procurement. - Monitor and execute projects within budgeted costs and timelines. - Attend progress, quality, and safety meetings with contractors and vendors. - Demonstrate excellence in turnkey project execution. - Coordinate EBO projects and explain SOP to franchisees. - Compile weekly project reports for senior management. Requirements: - Bachelor's/PG degree in relevant field. - 8+ years of project management experience in fashion retail apparel. - Strong on-site management and review skills. - Proficiency in procurement and vendor management. - Budget and timeline management expertise. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Familiarity with EBO projects and franchisee coordination. - Proficiency in project management software.
