Head - Programme - Rural/Community Development

An exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead programmes in education, skill development, and livelihoods with a strong community focus. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage CSR project implementation end-to-end, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainability.

- Oversee teams across rural project sites; mentor and guide staff for effective delivery.

- Build strong partnerships with CSR stakeholders, government bodies, and community groups.

- Ensure impact-driven reporting, data-based monitoring, and compliance with donor requirements.

Key Requirements:

- 8-10+ years of experience in programme management (rural/community development focus).

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Proven track record in CSR project execution.

- Fluency in Marathi (spoken & written) must, since the role involves close work with rural communities.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement & communication skills.
