We are having an opening for Head of Program Delivery.

About the Role :

The Head of Oracle Program Delivery is accountable for leading the end-to-end delivery of Groups Oracle transformation portfolio across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, OIC, OCI, FDI, PPM, Primavera P6, and Unifier. The role exists to convert Oracle strategy into disciplined execution, ensuring that complex, multi-year programs are delivered with control, quality, business alignment, and measurable value. This is a strategic delivery leadership role at the heart of enterprise transformation agenda.


The role must orchestrate business, technology, data, and partner workstreams across multiple entities and functions, while maintaining tight governance over scope, schedule, cost, risk, architecture alignment, and business readiness. The successful candidate will combine strong Oracle program delivery depth with executive-level stakeholder management, structured governance, and the ability to operate effectively in a project-driven environment spanning constructions and EPC, energy, utilities, industrial solutions, and digital transformation.

Previous Work Experience : 15+ years of experience in large-scale ERP and enterprise transformation delivery roles, with significant responsibility for Oracle-led program execution.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Oracle Program Strategy & Roadmap :

- Define and lead the Oracle program delivery strategy in line with the Groups business priorities, transformation roadmap, and target operating model.

- Translate business objectives into an integrated Oracle program roadmap covering ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, PPM, Primavera P6, Unifier, OIC, OCI, and associated data, reporting, and integration tracks.

- Ensure sequencing, interdependencies, releases, and mobilization plans are practical, risk-aware, and aligned to enterprise priorities.

- Provide delivery leadership across assessment, design, build, migration, testing, cutover, stabilization, and value realization phases.

2. End-to-End Program Delivery :

- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Oracle transformation programs across multiple entities, business functions, and geographies.

- Integrate business, process, data, application, reporting, change, and testing workstreams into one controlled delivery model.

- Ensure that Oracle programs support business transformation in finance, procurement, supply chain, projects, HR, planning, reporting, project controls, and shared services.

- Drive disciplined planning, milestone management, issue resolution, and decision escalation across all in-scope workstreams.

3. Governance & Program Management :

- Establish and lead the Oracle program governance model, including steering committees, design authority interlocks, PMO cadence, workstream reviews, RAID governance, and executive reporting.

- Maintain rigorous control over scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, testing readiness, cutover risk, and quality outcomes.

- Ensure that all major design and delivery decisions are documented, traceable, and aligned to business requirements and enterprise standards.

- Build a robust program management discipline with clear control points, stage gates, reporting standards, and escalation mechanisms.

4. Vendor & System Integrator Management :

- Lead Oracle partners, system integrators, consulting firms, and other external delivery providers to defined outcomes, obligations, timelines, and quality expectations.

- Ensure vendor accountability through structured governance, milestone tracking, risk reviews, deliverable sign-off, and commercial discipline.

- Challenge delivery assumptions, identify duplication or inefficiency, and ensure that partner efforts remain aligned to business objectives and design principles.

- Manage commercial, contractual, and delivery implications of change requests, deviations, and additional scope.

5. Stakeholder Engagement :

- Act as the primary Oracle delivery leader for senior stakeholders across the Group, including the CDIO, CIOs, business leaders, finance, HR, operations, supply chain, engineering, and project functions.

- Create confidence at executive level through concise, decision-ready communication on status, risks, options, and actions.

- Build alignment across business and IT leadership to resolve priorities, unblock dependencies, and accelerate program decisions.

- Operate effectively in a matrixed environment with both centralized Group leadership and subsidiary or function-specific stakeholders.

6. Change Management & Adoption :

- Ensure that Oracle delivery is supported by practical business readiness, change management, training, communications, and adoption planning.

- Work with business process owners and change leads to embed new ways of working and reduce reliance on legacy workarounds.

- Drive readiness for cutover, post-go-live stabilization, and handover into steady-state support and service management.

7. Value Realization & Benefits Tracking :

- Define and track business benefits linked to Oracle transformation, including control improvement, process efficiency, reporting accuracy, standardization, automation, and user adoption.

- Ensure that delivery success is measured not only by go-live milestones, but also by realized business value and sustained operating outcomes.

- Provide transparent reporting on benefit realization, risk exposure, and remediation actions where value is not being achieved as planned.

8. Leadership & Team Management :

- Build, lead, and motivate high-performing Oracle program teams spanning internal resources, business representatives, PMO resources, architects, testing leads, change leads, and external partners.

- Create a delivery culture defined by ownership, transparency, execution discipline, collaboration, and escalation without delay.

- Manage allocation and performance of internal and external delivery resources, ensuring that capability and capacity remain aligned with program demand.

- Develop future-ready delivery capability through structured coaching, governance discipline, and talent development across the Oracle program ecosystem.

Stakeholder Management :

Internal Stakeholders :

- Board and executive leadership, where required, for major program updates and strategic decisions.

- Group CDIO as primary sponsor for strategic direction, integrated governance, and enterprise alignment.

- Group and subsidiary CIOs, business function heads, finance, operations, HR, procurement, engineering, and project leadership for delivery alignment and decision-making.

- Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, and PMO teams for design, risk, standards, and reporting interlocks.

External Stakeholders :

- Oracle and associated Oracle cloud or technology partners.

- System integrators, consulting partners, and managed service providers involved in design, implementation, testing, migration, or support.

- Other strategic vendors or solution providers linked to the Oracle ecosystem, integrations, analytics, and project delivery toolsets.

Core Competencies & Leadership Skills :

- Strategic thinking and ability to convert transformation intent into controlled execution roadmaps.

- Executive communication and ability to present complex delivery realities in clear business language.

- Strong program leadership in ambiguous, high-pressure, and multi-stakeholder environments.

- Problem-solving and structured decision-making across business, data, process, and technology interdependencies.

- Commercial awareness, negotiation capability, and disciplined vendor management.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Oracle functional, cloud, or program-related certifications.

- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certifications.

- Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications where relevant to the delivery model.

- Relevant governance or transformation certifications considered advantageous.
