
Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all aspects of products w.r.t features, positioning, the sales pitch for existing as well as new products.
2. Co-ordinating internally for regulatory filing and approvals. Product documentation and maintenance of reports
3. Track both domestic and international space for the identification of opportunities
4. Interacting with channel heads and counterparts for making product saleable in their respective channels. Internal coordination with fund managers for team and market communication
5. Tracking new products in the market and updates on existing competitors' products and proactively identifying the opportunities in both, debt and equity to position/launch products to suit the customer need
6. Tracking AUM movement in the industry and reporting any key movements in the market and scheme performance against peers
7. Developing product-related communication including the market outlook and ad hoc subjects as well as management related matters - This role also involves managing relationships with business partner's product and research team of various third-party product providers. - Collate and update Weekly/Monthly reports and presentations.

1. Market analysis: peer review, market trends, fund flows, SIP trends
2. Product TER comparison and strategic insights
3. Sales support channel-wise communication strategies
4. Partner and investor engagement for smaller partners
5. Key input on customer lifecycle management (CLC) for retail digital investors
6. New product development and launch planning
7. Product presentations and updates (one-pagers, leaflets, content)
8. Internal coordination with fund managers for team and market communication
9. Board presentation inputs on industry trends
10. Content support for front office, digital, and marketing teams
11. Bridge between -HR and org Learning and Development along with HR
Skills Required:
1. Research & Analytical ability
2. Interpersonal skills & Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
3. Knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry, Equity, Fixed Income Markets and other investment asset classes.
4. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and preferably macros. MIS & platform enhancements
5. A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
6. Understanding of regulatory aspects of products and sales.
7. Run campaigns and assist in Investor education programs.
8. Skills Required Strong knowledge on mutual funds and portfolios (PMS/AIF will be an added advantage)
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Minimum Qualification: Post Graduation in Finance field
