Head - Production - Solar Inverters/EV Chargers

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Set up and scale production operations for solar inverters and EV chargers.

- Design and implement manufacturing processes, SOPs, and workflows.

- Build and manage production teams.

- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across the factory.

- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and throughput.

- Establish ESD protocols and electronics manufacturing best practices.

- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and leadership to solve production challenges.

- Handle factory readiness within tight timelines.
