Head - Production - Manufacturing Plant

Job Description :

We are hiring a Head - Production for a fast-growing manufacturing setup based in Khaniwade (Vasai / Virar).

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for end-to-end production operations, driving efficiency, quality, and scale.

This role is NOT for general manufacturing profiles.

We are looking for serious production leaders with strong plant exposure and hands-on execution capability.

Role Overview :

- Lead complete production operations for paper / non-paper stationery manufacturing

- Drive production planning, scheduling & output optimization

- Implement lean manufacturing, process improvements & Industry 4.0 initiatives

- Own quality, cost control, safety & compliance (ISO / HSE)

- Manage large shop-floor teams and cross-functional coordination (PPC, procurement, maintenance)

- Deliver on key KPIs : OEE, OTIF, cost per unit, FPY, safety

Location: Khaniwade (Near Vasai / Virar) - On-site, plant-based role

Compensation : 19-26 LPA (depending on fit)

Non-Negotiable Criteria :

- 15-18 years in production/manufacturing roles

- Strong exposure to plant operations + team handling

- Experience in paper stationery/packaging/similar manufacturing setups

- Hands-on knowledge of Lean, QMS, ISO standards

- Exposure to ERP/SAP/MES systems

- Comfortable with Marathi (spoken & written)
