Job Summary:

- In the role as Production Head, the candidate will be the operational and strategic leader promoting cost effectiveness, product quality, and production excellence throughout all facilities.

- To provide high-quality products for both home and foreign markets, supervise the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement projects.

- This position is essential for supporting the company's expansion objectives, guaranteeing adherence to strict international standards, and optimizing operational performance.

- While upholding the greatest standards of sustainability and quality, will have the chance to grow production capacity, integrate lean principles, and streamline operations.

- Lead end-to-end production planning and execution to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Align production with sales forecasts, procurement, and inventory requirements to ensure supply chain efficiency.

- Lead and mentor production teams, including 50+ supervisors, operators, and maintenance staff, to build capability and performance.

- Embed lean manufacturing practices and a culture of continuous improvement.

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, FIFO practices, and minimal wastage.

- Enforce stringent safety, hygiene, and food safety protocols to meet international standards.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters in Operations Management preferred).

- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in production operations, preferably within rice milling, agri-processing, or food manufacturing industries.

- Proven track record in scaling production operations, implementing lean manufacturing, and managing P&L responsibilities.

- Prior experience in export-oriented units and familiarity with global food quality certifications.
