A fast-growing, funded F&B brand operating 108 outlets across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Delhi/NCR, with plans to expand by 70+ outlets. Current annual revenue stands at ~150 Cr. The brand operates across restaurants and cloud kitchens, supported by centralized production facilities.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Production to lead operations at a large-scale central kitchen in Bangalore, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in food production at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end production operations for a 150200 member manufacturing facility
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs (to the T) across all processes
- Drive production planning, capacity utilization, and cost efficiency
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Supervise and mentor production teams, including supervisors and line staff
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and outlet teams
- Drive process improvements and scalability for growing outlet network
Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience as Head Chef / Production Head in QSR, cloud kitchens, or food manufacturing setups
- Strong experience managing high-volume centralized kitchens / food factories
- Hands-on expertise in SOP-driven environments & process standardization
- Proven experience managing large teams (200+ workforce)
- Strong understanding of food safety & hygiene standards (FSSAI, HACCP preferred)
- Must be conversant in Hindi & English
