Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Production Watches & Accessories to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for premium watches and luxury accessories. This role is responsible for driving craftsmanship excellence, product quality, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery across in-house factories and external vendor partners.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in luxury manufacturing, a passion for fine craftsmanship, and the ability to scale high-end production systems while preserving brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Leadership & Operations:

- Lead end-to-end production for luxury watches and premium accessories, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.

- Oversee manufacturing across factories and vendor partners, ensuring seamless coordination and output consistency.

- Drive production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet business timelines and delivery commitments.

Quality & Craftsmanship Excellence:

- Establish and enforce quality governance frameworks across materials, components, and finished products.

- Ensure superior craftsmanship through precision manufacturing, fine finishing, and premium material handling.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process reliability and product excellence.

Vendor & Factory Management:

- Build and manage strong relationships with specialized vendors and manufacturing partners.

- Ensure compliance with quality, ethical sourcing, and operational standards across the supply chain.

- Lead capacity planning and vendor development initiatives.

Costing, Efficiency & Scale:

- Own production costing, budgeting, and operational efficiency metrics.

- Optimize production processes for scalability without compromising luxury standards.

- Drive productivity improvements and waste reduction across manufacturing operations.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Lead and develop high-performing production and operations teams.

- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and craftsmanship pride.

- Work closely with design, sourcing, and quality teams to align production with brand vision.

What Were Looking For:

Experience & Expertise:

- 15 to 20 years of experience in luxury watches / premium accessories manufacturing.

- Proven track record in managing high-end production environments.

- Deep expertise in:

Premium materials and finishes

Precision manufacturing processes

Quality governance in luxury products

- Strong leadership in factory operations and vendor management.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strategic production planning and execution

- Strong commercial and costing acumen

- Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management

- Ability to balance scale, speed, and luxury craftsmanship
