Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across facilities (Gurgaon & Parwanoo).
- Drive production planning, material management, and workforce allocation.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee PCB assembly (SMT & through-hole), inspection, testing, and quality systems.
- Ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and on-time product delivery.
- Establish and track KPIs for output, quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Build and manage comprehensive testing and validation infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, supply chain, and vendor partners
- Lead site selection and setup of new manufacturing facilities (layout, capacity, infrastructure, and technology).
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Tier-1 only).
-12-20 years of experience in manufacturing/production (power electronics, electrical equipment, or industrial systems).
- Minimum 3 years experience in PCB assembly, manufacturing, and testing.
- Proven track record in setting up/scaling manufacturing operations (greenfield or brownfield).
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and quality systems.
- Experience in developing/managing testing infrastructure for high-reliability products
- Strong leadership skills in people development, training, and retention.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors across locations.
