The Opportunity: Head of Product

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to lead their product initiatives, specifically within the fintech and payments domain. This role demands strong leadership in product ownership and technical product management, coupled with a deep understanding of the UPI ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and contributing significantly to the development of key payment products.

Must-Have Skills

- Experience: 8+ years as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in the fintech or payments domain.

- UPI Ecosystem Expertise: Strong knowledge of the UPI ecosystem, payment technologies, and familiarity with UPI Switch development.

- Technical Acumen: Technical background or extensive experience working closely with development teams (understanding of APIs, payment gateways, etc.).

- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in running sprints.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Effective management of complex projects.

- Successful collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

- Contribution to the development of UPI ecosystem products.
