Head of Product Services - Healthcare

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and service-driven professional. The ideal candidate is a passionate people-person, multi-lingual with fluency in at least English and Hindi, and brings a unique combination of consumer/tech expertise with a service-oriented approach.

Experience:

- 6-8 years of proven experience in business or healthcare management, lifestyle or health coaching, of which at least two years should ideally be in a leadership or management role.

- Prior experience in the healthcare/MedTech Industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage product outreach on a national scale.

- Partner with marketing and product teams to drive revenue growth by providing innovative solutions nationwide.

- Utilize consumer and technology experience to enhance user engagement and deliver a superior client experience.

- Serve clients through a combination of in-person and online (Mobile Artificial Intelligence) services, focusing on fostering meaningful connections and outcomes.

- Oversee day-to-day activities of clinical and customer service teams comprising fertility specialty trained medical and non-medical professionals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic growth initiatives.
