Head - Product Management - Supply Chain

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Product Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of supply chain products that enable efficient procurement, inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that drive operational excellence and support business growth.

What You'll Do:

- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Supply Chain products.

- Lead the development of scalable solutions across procurement, inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics.

- Drive improvements in inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, and operational efficiency.

- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Category, Data, and Business teams to identify challenges and deliver impactful product solutions.

- Use data and customer insights to prioritize product initiatives and measure success.

- Improve supply chain visibility through technology, automation, and process enhancements.

- Ensure seamless integration across supply chain systems and business platforms.

- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of innovation and execution.

- Drive product delivery from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

- 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations products.

- Proven experience building and scaling products in eCommerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, Consumer Internet, or similar industries.

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics.

- Experience leading product strategy and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring product teams.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
