Relevant Industry Experience - Construction Equipment Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Establish trustful relationships and network between customers, operators, and fleet owners to identify needs and pain/gain points in different market environments - Identify market trends & demands to specify detailed product requirements and technical specifications for the final development by engineering teams - Definition of the product strategy and roadmap in close coordination with the local and global stakeholders - Analysis of product performance and customer satisfaction as well as derivation and implementation of improvement measures - Management of the portfolio & the product life cycle along the instruments of the marketing mix - Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, continuous improvement and release of products - Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, price positioning, requirements and product launch - Ensure the value proposition of the products is effectively trained to the sales team and communicated to the customer base - Manage product profitability and commercial success - own the business case Qualifications: - B.E with very strong commercial & communication skills - Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product lifecycle and market-positioning - High effectiveness in managing international & cross-functional teams - Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills, coupled with strong analytical skills - Expertise in go-to-market strategy development & marketing technical products, ideally in the construction machinery industry - Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills, coupled with strong analytical skills Education / Certification / Training: Technical background is a must - Project Management experience - SAP knowledge is a plus - Knowledge of English
