Head - Product/Investment & Research - BFSI

Description:

Educational Qualification (as on 01.05.2025):

- Mandatory: Graduate / Postgraduate from a Government recognized University / Institution or reputed college.

- Preferred: CA, CFA, CFP, or NISM (Investment Advisor / Research Analyst / 21-A) certifications.

Experience (as on 01.05.2025):

Essential:

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in financial services, investment advisory, product development, and private banking.

- Out of which, at least 8 years in Wealth Management.

Preferred:

- Expertise in equity, PMS, AIF, and mutual funds.

- Proven experience in product structuring and development for high-net-worth clients.

- Leadership experience managing investment professionals at a national level.

- Strong understanding of market analytics, macroeconomic trends, and investment research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Define and enhance the Wealth Management value proposition and product strategy.

- Investment & Research Oversight: Lead research and investment teams to deliver high-quality market insights and research reports.

- Product Development: Drive innovation and benchmarking in wealth management products across asset classes.

- Collaboration & Integration: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement technology-driven solutions for client portfolios.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure regulatory compliance (SEBI/IRDA), product due diligence, and continuous capability building through knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Performance Management: Regularly review product performance, portfolio analytics, and client value creation metrics.
