About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for a fast-growing consumer technology company. The CPO will be responsible for defining long-term product direction, driving innovation, and scaling world-class consumer experiences across all customer touchpoints.
This role requires a strong product leader who can blend customer understanding, business thinking, and technology depth to create products that drive measurable impact and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and refine a bold, customer-centric product vision aligned with the company's mission and business objectives.
- Build and drive the product strategy across discovery, acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and business goals into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
Execution & Delivery
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch to continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and high-velocity execution.
- Use data, research, and testing frameworks to ensure product decisions are customer-first and impact-driven.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to influence company-wide strategy.
- Build and scale a high-performing product organisation - hiring, mentoring, and developing product leaders and managers.
Customer & Data Orientation
- Champion a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and motivations through qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Drive a measurement-focused approach with clear success metrics, A/B testing, and product analytics.
Innovation & Long-Term Thinking
- Introduce new product ideas, capabilities, and platform improvements that uplift customer experience and business outcomes.
- Leverage emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, personalisation) to create differentiated and scalable product experiences.
- Build for long-term value, adaptability, and extensibility across the product ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10-18 years of total experience with significant product leadership roles in high-growth consumer tech companies.
- Proven ability to build and scale digital products used by large consumer bases.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps end-to-end.
- Deep expertise in data-driven decision making, experimentation, and user research.
- Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing product teams.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
