Job Description:

We are looking for a Head of Product with strong expertise in the fintech and payments domain to lead our product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, deep knowledge of the UPI ecosystem, and the ability to drive payment technology innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap for UPI and payment solutions.

- Collaborate with banks, brands, and internal teams to drive product innovation.

- Oversee the development and optimization of UPI Switch and related payment technologies.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs and payment gateways.

- Manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders in a dynamic fintech environment.

- Use data-driven insights to improve product performance and user experience.

Must-Have Skills:

- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in fintech or payments.

- Strong expertise in the UPI ecosystem and payment technologies.

- Familiarity with UPI Switch development.

- Technical background or experience working closely with development teams (APIs, payment gateways, etc.).

- Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with Agile methodologies and running sprints.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Effective management of complex projects.

- Successful collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

- Contribution to the development of UPI ecosystem products.
